Story time: Senior week is a big deal in Maryland. For those who don’t know and understand the gravity of the situation, allow me to explain. Senior week starts the day after you graduate, you go down to Ocean City, MD with your best friends and get HEINOUSLY drunk. For a week. A whole week. It’s fantastic stuff. Now during my senior week I had the most amazing time. We ended up watching Africa’s most deadly animals or some shit like that one day. They were doing a segment on the most deadly snakes, and described the boomslang. The boomslang is this snake, and when it bites, it’s venom causes all your vital organs to hemorrhage and you bleed through ALL your orifices. Well copious amounts of sun and alcohol usually ends in vomiting. A few of the house members encountered a certain level of alcohol induced vomiting that was so horrible it could only be compared to what a boomslang bite must feel like. And then a phrase was born. Fight the boomslang folks, no one wants to lose that battle. You’re better than that kids.
